Password reset form request

This sytem can reset your shell password and/or your config.panix.com password. For shell account logins, these are the same unless you have opted to have a separate password for config.panix.com.

When you submit this form with your login, an email will be sent to the address you registered for this purpose. Click the link (or copy and paste it into a browser) to access a password reset form for your account. The link will expire in 15 minutes.
